Bring your DnD character to life with a custom illustration tailored to their story and personality. From battle-worn fighters to quirky bards, I create custom illustrations that reflect the soul of your character. New to commissions? No worries—I’ll guide you through the process every step of the way.
How Does It Work
Your Character - Start by telling me about your D&D character. Share details like appearance, race, class, personality etc. and reference photos if you have an idea of what they look like already
Drafts - We’ll work together on drafts to capture your vision. Once you’re satisfied with the draft, we’ll move on to the next step.
Bring Your Character to Life - In the final step, I’ll paint your character/s and bring your vision to life.
What I'll Need From You
Character Description - Share details like their appearance, race, height, gender, build, personality etc.
Reference Photo's - If you already have an idea of what your character looks like, any reference photos you have of face, armor or clothing, hair, horns, tail etc. will be really helpful but I can work off the character description if you prefer.
Notes - Any details such as, poses and any other points that don't come across in reference photos
Creative Freedom - If you don't have a mental image of your character at all, I'm happy to come up with a visual and a pose for you. You will receive drafts, so we can both explore the character together as its being developed.
On average it can take approx. 2-4 weeks for each commission, this taking into account all communication, references, drafts and revisions etc. there are times when this can be done a lot sooner, and some times when it can take a little longer (usually if I have conventions to attend and prep for). but I will always aim to get each commission done asap. But any delays in communication, or revisions requests may add to that timeline.I usually have several commissions I work on in tandem, so please refer to the table at the top of the page to see all current commissions.
All completed work will be sent via email or a google drive link. You will receive:
A full-res PNG of the finished painting
A transparent PNG file of the character (to use online, in tokens etc.)
A print-ready PDF poster of your character
Any other pre-agreed files, displays etc.
* For a typical standing pose, the canvas size will be approx. 2500x3500 pixels, but this ratio may be adjusted depending on the characters size and their pose
Full-body, full-colour character commissions will cost £150 GBP but can sometimes vary depending on character complexity but in most cases, this will cover most levels of detail for each character. For precise quotes or group commissions, reach out at [email protected] or you can use the link below to get a comprehensive pricelist for multiple characters.Pricing can also be adjusted based on level of complexity, style and time spent painting, e.g. the greyscale image below. Please reach out if you have a specific request in mind. Please also note, excessive revisions and requesting major changes after completion may incur additional charges.
Secure your Commission Slot:
Although I have and am open to drawing most things, I'd prefer to stay away from NSFW or offensive imagery, if you're unsure if your ideas fall into either, please reach out and ask.
Start by securing your commission slot using the links below with either a 50% deposit (Remaining 50% to be paid on completion), or the full amount. Once paid, your commission will be secured and I will begin work once you have provided character details and references. *Please note, excessive revisions and requesting major changes after completion may incur additional charges.
Secure your Commission Slot:
Once your commission slot is secured, I will reach out or you can send me an email at [email protected] (or use the form below) with your commission request and a detailed description of your character. You can also email me your character sheet and any reference images you feel might help give a clearer picture of your character.
